All sales of digital products on StitchCode.io are final and non-refundable, except in the following specific circumstances:

  • Critical features don't work as described
  • Documentation is missing or unusable

2.2 Misrepresentation

  • Product differs significantly from description
  • Core features are missing

2.3 Duplicate Purchase

  • Accidental duplicate orders
  • Must be reported within 24 hours

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind or no longer needed
  • Failure to read product description
  • Compatibility issues (unless falsely advertised)
  • Inability to install or configure

4. Refund Process

  1. Contact Support within 14 days of purchase
  2. Provide Evidence of the issue (screenshots/videos)
  3. Allow 3-5 days for investigation
  4. If approved, refund issued to original payment method within 10 business days

5. Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers must respond to refund requests within 48 hours
  • StitchCode.io may mediate unresolved disputes
  • Excessive refunds may result in product review

6. Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension
  • Must contact support before initiating chargeback
