All sales of digital products on StitchCode.io are final and non-refundable, except in the following specific circumstances:

2.1 Technical Issues
- Product is completely non-functional
- Critical features don't work as described
- Documentation is missing or unusable
2.2 Misrepresentation
- Product differs significantly from description
- Core features are missing
2.3 Duplicate Purchase
- Accidental duplicate orders
- Must be reported within 24 hours
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind or no longer needed
- Failure to read product description
- Compatibility issues (unless falsely advertised)
- Inability to install or configure
4. Refund Process
- Contact Support within 14 days of purchase
- Provide Evidence of the issue (screenshots/videos)
- Allow 3-5 days for investigation
- If approved, refund issued to original payment method within 10 business days
5. Seller Responsibilities
- Sellers must respond to refund requests within 48 hours
- StitchCode.io may mediate unresolved disputes
- Excessive refunds may result in product review
6. Chargebacks
- Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension
- Must contact support before initiating chargeback
