Important: By accessing or using StitchCode.io ("the Marketplace"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of StitchCode.io, including all content, functionality, and services offered through the Marketplace.
2. User Accounts
2.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
2.2 Account Types
- Buyer Accounts: For purchasing digital products
- Seller Accounts: For selling digital products (requires additional verification)
3. Marketplace Rules
3.1 Prohibited Conduct
- No illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
- No infringement of intellectual property rights
- No spamming or unauthorized advertising
- No circumvention of the Marketplace payment system
3.2 Digital Products
- Sellers must own or have rights to distribute all products
- Products must not contain malware or harmful code
- All products are subject to review and approval
4. Purchases & Licenses
4.1 Buying Products
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated
- Buyers receive a non-exclusive license to use purchased items
- Some products may have additional license terms
4.2 Selling Products
- Sellers set their own prices (within Marketplace guidelines)
- StitchCode.io retains a commission on each sale
- Sellers are responsible for product support
5. Fees & Payments
5.1 Commission Structure
- Standard commission rate: 30% of sale price
- Premium seller accounts may qualify for reduced rates
5.2 Payouts to Sellers
- Processed monthly with $50 minimum threshold
- Subject to fraud prevention holds when necessary
6. Intellectual Property
- StitchCode.io retains all rights to the Marketplace platform
- Users retain rights to their original content
- By listing products, sellers grant StitchCode.io a license to display and distribute them
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
7.1 Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Marketplace and may perform maintenance without notice.
7.2 Content Accuracy
We are not responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions or user-generated content.
8. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms
- Terminated accounts may lose access to purchased items
9. Dispute Resolution
- Buyers may request refunds for non-delivery or misrepresented items
- Disputes should be reported within 14 days of purchase
- Our decision in disputes is final
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
